  1. If you're super interested in the water profile I used, I took Seattle tap water from the Tolt River Watershed, and added (over the Strike and Sparge water) 22.6gm CaSO4 (Gypsum), 17.9gm CaCO3 (Chalk), and 8.7gm MgSO4 (Epsom salt). We'll see how this affects the hop flavor!
